What are my shipping options?
Books purchased in the United States are shipped via the US Postal Service using Media Mail (delivery in 10-14 business days) or Priority Mail (delivery in 2-5 business days).
Books purchased in Canada are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel (2-8 business days).
Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to inclement weather, inventory volumes, and postal holidays, however if you have not received your books in a reasonable time period, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you.
I don't live in North America. Can I buy books?
At this time, Books for Business only ships to customers in the US or Canada.
What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund, less shipping and a 30% restocking fee for all books returned within 30 days for shipment. Books must be returned in excellent condition, with an unbroken spine and no visible signs of wear. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping to Books for Business.
Damaged/Incorrect Shipment?
Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 1-800-387-1417 and we'd be happy to replace your shipment free of charge.
I need to buy more than 10 books, do you offer a discount?
Yes! Books for Business is the best resource for bulk orders for companies and organizations. We offer a 20% discount on all orders of more than 10 books. Simply order your books online and your discount is automatically applied.
How do I use my coupon or promotional code?
During your checkout process, you'll be promoted for any coupon or promotional codes you may have. Simply enter your code to receive your promotional offer. Note that you can only use one coupon or promotional code per purchase.
